Sinus Lift & Split Crest
Two days at your own workstation, with the Magnetic Mallet in your hand. Bone expansion, split crest, crestal sinus lift and the L.M.S.F. technique, taught in English by two clinicians who use the technique daily. Twelve seats per edition.
The whole masterclass rests on one idea: bone should be plastically deformed and re-positioned, not cut away. Split crest and crestal sinus lift are where this approach gives the clearest clinical advantage, and the Magnetic Mallet is central to both.
The device works by compaction rather than cutting: a controlled impulse generated by MAGNETODYNAMICS technology, no rotation, no irrigation, immediate tactile feedback. A classification presented on day one guides you to the simplest procedure able to achieve the surgical goal. Every technique presented in the morning is performed by every participant on an animal model in the afternoon.
Split crestPig mandible · day 1
Controlled splitting of a horizontally atrophic ridge to make room for the implant without removing native bone. Full workflow from incision to closure, including horizontal GBR.
Bone expansionCalf rib + simulator · day 1
Plastic deformation of a narrow alveolar process. Compaction preserves cortical density while the site is widened.
Crestal sinus liftPig head · day 2
Summers, classic and modified, and the Fugazzotto plug through the crestal approach, with millimetric tip excursion and a controlled lifting force.
L.M.S.F. techniquePig head · day 2
Lateral Management with the Sinus Floor, developed inside the OSSEOTOUCH ELEVATE working group for borderline anatomies where the crestal approach alone is not enough.

Faculty
Dr. Luca Boschini
Oral surgeon
Internationally known for atraumatic extraction protocols and his clinical work with the Blexo extractor system. Daily user of the Magnetic Mallet in implant surgery, invited speaker at congresses across Europe and the United States, more than ten years training peers on the technique based on MAGNETODYNAMICS.
Dr. Michele Melillo
Oral surgeon · co-founder, M&M Education
Leading clinician on crestal sinus lift, split crest and the L.M.S.F. technique. Faculty member at several Italian universities and regular contributor to the OSSEOTOUCH ELEVATE protocol working group.

Flights to Italy
Accommodation (partner hotels in Manfredonia can be arranged on request)
The course takes place on the Gargano, one of the least-visited corners of southern Italy: sea cliffs, ancient pine forests, white-sand beaches.
The optional package adds curated partner hotels along the coast, boat trips to the Tremiti Islands, hiking and seaside excursions, and Apulian cuisine: orecchiette, fresh seafood, burrata, Daunia wines. Priced separately and quoted at registration according to the accommodation level and activities chosen.

Questions
Is the course really delivered in English?
Yes. Both 2027 editions are international editions: theory, hands-on tutoring, Q&A, printed materials and certificate are in English.
I have never used the Magnetic Mallet. Can I attend?
Yes. The course assumes experience in implant surgery but not with the device. The faculty introduce the operating principle, compaction over cutting, and the hands-on protocol before the practical sessions begin.
Will I have my own device during the course?
Yes. Each of the twelve workstations has one Magnetic Mallet with Plus Handpiece, Black Ruby and Elevate osteotomes. It is yours for the two days.
How does the airport transfer work?
Transfer from Bari (BRI) or Foggia (FOG) to Manfredonia and back is included in the €1,900 fee. Pick-up details are arranged after registration, on the basis of your flight times.
Is the certificate recognised for CE credits?
M&M Education issues a certificate of attendance. Clinicians outside Italy should check with their own board whether it can be submitted as self-reported continuing education.
What is not covered?
Lateral window sinus lift, full-arch immediate loading, zygomatic and pterygoid implants, and soft-tissue grafting are outside the program. The course is dedicated to the crestal approach and to expansive techniques on the atrophic ridge.
